       High School Program
4. For New School :
   • - Copy of Elementary School Certificate and academic record for applying to the Junior High
        School Program
   • - Copy of Junior High School Certificate and academic record for applying Senior High School
5. Photocopy of valid passport
6. Colour photographs of 4X6, 3X4, 2X3; each 4 (four)
7. Statement of financial guarantee :
         - Elelementary School student amount 1.5 % from salary of parent
         - Junior High School student amount 2.0 % from salary of parent
         - Senior High School student amount 2.5 % from salary of parent
   
8. Health certificate
9. Letter of statement from the Last School for moving school
